AuTrain Beach is located about 8 miles west of Munising at the yellow flashing light in AuTrain. It is a popular roadside beach with AuTrain River running into it. During the summer months, the river warms up much faster than icy Lake Superior and you will see many people swimming and floating the river.

Named by early explorers as La Chapelle, this formation is one of the many found throughout the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Located approx. 15 miles east of Munising, off H58 about fives miles north to the end of Chapel Road. There is about a two mile hike from the parking lot to Lake Superior.
Cathedral Caves, Miners Castle, Ferry Dock Landing Drop-off, Pancake Rocks and the dock ruins offshore of the Munising High School. These dive sites offer unique rock formations, caves (usually inhabited by large fish) and multicolored rocks with an amazing reflection of light.
